1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Synapse Arc, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.

2. Description of Service

Synapse Arc is an AI-powered customer experience platform for Shopify merchants. We provide automated chat support, escalation management, and marketing automation tools.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must not use the service for unlawful purposes
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the AI systems
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your store information

4. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or AI response inaccuracies.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing API. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You may cancel at any time through the Shopify admin. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

Synapse Arc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
