Go to Dashboard - Training - add your FAQs, policies, and product information. Adam learns from this knowledge base automatically.

How do I set up escalation rules?

Go to Dashboard - Settings - Escalation Rules. Add keywords that should trigger an escalation to your team.

How do I uninstall the app?

Go to your Shopify Admin - Apps - Synapse Arc - Delete. Your data will be removed within 48 hours.
