How do I install the chat widget on my store?

Synapse Arc adds the chat widget as a Theme App Extension. After installing the app, open your Shopify theme editor, go to App embeds, turn on "Synapse Arc Chat", and save. You can also click the "Enable in theme editor" link on the Channels step of onboarding, which takes you straight there.

How do I train Adam with my store information?

Go to Dashboard - Training - add your FAQs, policies, and product information. Adam learns from this knowledge base automatically.

How do I set up escalation rules?

Go to Dashboard - Settings - Escalation Rules. Add keywords that should trigger an escalation to your team.

How do I uninstall the app?

Go to your Shopify Admin - Apps - Synapse Arc - Delete. Your data will be handled in accordance with Shopify GDPR requirements.
